		<description>That was my conclusion from testing a lot of Lucene specific searches, such as the &quot;near&quot; and the &quot;similar&quot; queries at Techmeme. For example, this one http://www.techmeme.com/search/query?q=%22google+yahoo%22~1&amp;wm=false works fine, and to the best of my knowledge, that search syntax is unique to Lucene. Ok, I&#039;m not 100% certiain, but pretty sure that they are using Lucene.</description>
